Advantages:

Удобное расположение, отзывчивый владелец, проблем с заселением не возникло. Все соответствует описанию на сайте.

Disadvantages:

Квартира в старом доме, довольно темная, маловато посуды (учитывая, что при съеме частной квартиры принимается в расчет возможность приготовления пищи.

Advantages:

Заселили быстро,по договорённости с хозяином чуть раньше по времени! Квартира полностью соответствует объявлению. Есть Wi-Fi и кабельное тв. Чисто и уютно. Есть всё для комфортного проживания.)
